Single-story newsroom addition is approximately 11,340 sq. ft. with a 1,380 sq. ft. mezzanine, future courtyard, and limited related site design. Hiding more than 10 miles of cables by raising the floor, the floor includes removable flooring panels which provides access to the wiring below.
